Stassi Schroeder is living life through the good, the bad and the babies.

Since the Vanderpump Rules alum and her husband, Beau Clark, married in September 2020, they have become parents to two children. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Hartford, on Jan. 7, 2021, followed by son Messer on Sept. 7, 2023.

Ahead of her Hulu reality series House of Stassi — which premieres on July 29 on Freeform and then will be available to stream on Hulu — the mom of two opened up exclusively to PEOPLE about how she navigates “mom guilt” through the ups and downs of motherhood.

“I’m living in a constant state of mom guilt or mom anxiety,” Schroeder said. “There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not like, ‘I could be doing this better, I could be more present.’ It’s a constant struggle for moms everywhere, but then when you’re a working mom, it can get really isolating and lonely, and you’re constantly just doubting yourself.”

Naturally, the kids are part of House of Stassi, which chronicles Schroeder as “she steps into her next act” with her inner circle by her side.

“[The kids] wanted to get mic’d up. I had to tell them, ‘No, you can’t wear a hot microphone around the house. It’s not good for your body,’ ” Schroeder told Glamourin July 2026. “They hated when the crew would leave. They’d ask, ‘When are the friends with cameras coming back?’ They loved it. Until they don’t like it, we’re good.”

Hartford Charlie Rose, 5

Schroeder and Clark welcomed their first child, Hartford Charlie Rose Clark, on Jan. 7, 2021.

“We truly cannot begin to describe the happiness and joy we are feeling at this moment,” the new parents told PEOPLE at the time. “It’s something that you hear from all new parents right after birth, but something magical happens.”

Their daughter’s middle names, Charlie and Rose, were chosen in honor of Clark’s father and Schroeder’s grandmother.

The new parents launched a parenting podcast, The Good The Bad The Baby, exclusively on Patreon in March 2021 after Hartford’s arrival. The podcast gives fans a look into their family, including pregnancy and parenting tips.

Hartford was present at her parents’ second wedding ceremony in Rome, Italy, on May 12, 2022. The couple first married in a small ceremony in September 2020 while Schroeder was expecting their daughter.

Over the years, Schroeder has given fans a number of glimpses at Hartford, from birthday celebrations and Wickedmusical performances to special mother-daughter red carpet appearances.

Schroeder has also credited her daughter with inspiring her to speak out about her experience with self-harm publicly. Speaking with Bustle about her 2024 memoir You Can’t Have It All, she recalled a difficult experience with Hartford.

“When I look at myself naked, Hartford will see a little line, and she’ll be like, ‘Mommy, ouchie,’ ” Schroeder shared. “I’m like, ‘Oh, God, that feels dirty. How will I ever explain to her that this was something that I chose?’ ”

In turn, Schroeder inspires her daughter. The Bravo alum made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut in the 2025 fashion show and returned to the runway a year later in 2026, an experience which she told PEOPLE left her feeling “so powerful and so in my body.”

The experience also affected Hartford, whose memory of her mom hitting the runway stuck with her. “She brings it up throughout the year where she’s like, ‘I watched Mommy work. She walked across the pool.’ It was really special,” Schroeder told PEOPLE in June 2026.

The couple announced they were expecting their second child in March 2023, and welcomed their son, Messer Rhys Clark, on Sept. 7, 2023.

“We love him so much already. Send prayers Hartford doesn’t terrorize him,” Schroeder wrote when announcing Messer’s birth on Instagram.

Schroeder spoke to PEOPLE about the adjustment to life as a mom of two in June 2024, explaining that it had been “so different” and “really intense” so far.

“I think no one properly warned me that going from one to two is harder than going from zero to one. Because now it’s like me and my husband are just like ... one of them’s on the other,” she explained.

Schroeder added, “So there’s less time for us to just be adults. But we’re getting to the point where we fully have the hang of things. So life gets easier every day.”

She celebrated her son’s first birthday in September 2024 with a sweet Instagram post dedicated to her “angel boy,” which included solo and family photos.

“Real talk I don’t know how I got so lucky with this kid,” Schroeder wrote. “He’s filled my heart in a way I never could’ve imagined. He’s so happy, loving, inquisitive, a tad demanding. He wants your full attention always. Loves to dance, loves to figure out how things work, loves people, loves to laugh.”
