One question continues to follow DARA everywhere: what exactly does “Bangaranga” mean?
In a pinned post on DARA's Instagram page, the singer explained that the phrase is inspired by ancient Bulgarian ritual performers believed to scare away evil spirits. To her, “Bangaranga” represents choosing love over fear. “It is your higher self stepping forward - stronger than anxiety, doubt, shame, and inner chaos,” she shared.
