The legal battle between Kanye West and his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has come to an end after the rapper settled. She sued him in June 2024, alleging s***** harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of her employment contract from 2021 to 2022.
Though he has denied the allegations, he has decided to end the lawsuit against him and has settled with his former assistant. While the civil lawsuit concludes, no additional agreements between the parties have been made public.
Kanye West Settles Bombshell Lawsuit With Ex-Staffer
According to court documents (via USA Today), Kanye West has come to an “unconditional settlement” to close the case. He had reportedly reached a settlement with Lauren Pisciotta on July 23. The outlet stated that the settlement terms were filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, but the details were unavailable.
Since the settlement is labeled as “unconditional,” it means that no court-ordered terms or conditions are required for the complete dismissal of the case. The former assistant would now file a formal request to dismiss the case within 45 days of the settlement date.
Lauren Pisciotta had first sued Kanye West in June 2024, accusing him of several allegations that included s***** harassment, wrongful termination and breach of contract. She decided to expand her lawsuit against him, alleging that he had “touched, groped, fondled, grabbed and forced himself in and on” her several times without her consent.
The Flashing Lights singer had denied those allegations during that period, and his legal team accused her of “blackmail and extortion.” A spokesperson for Ye mentioned that Pisciotta was sacked because she was “unqualified” and called her accusations “baseless.” The allegations kept coming as the ex-staffer alleged that during her employment under West, she was drugged during a studio session co-hosted by Diddy.
In a separate report from TMZ, she read out one of the many s***** messages allegedly sent by the rapper. She read aloud, “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f***** while I’m f****** them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”

Additionally, he had self-stimulated and touched her genitalia during a stay at a hotel and drifted off to sleep mid-sentence. However, it was not the first time Ye had been accused of s***** assault.
Jenn An Recalls Distressful Audition With Ye for His Music Video
In a separate interview with the BBC (via TMZ), Jenn An speaks out against the PUNCH DRUNK rapper, who had also allegedly s******* assaulted her. She shared her account of her 2010 audition for one of his music videos with the musician La Roux.
She noted that she had arrived at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City in lingerie for a shoot with other models. They shot for a couple of hours, and then the rapper arrived and chose 3 models, including her, to be in the video with him. But things went downhill: he ordered the two models out of the room but told An to sit down in a chair in front of him.
She alleged that the BULLY singer stuffed his fingers down her mouth, making her feel “suffocated” and “scared.” However, that was not the only allegation, as she had made a similar accusation, stating that he had choked her with his hands and smothered her face to “emulate forced oral [expletive]” all while a camera was pointed at her.
