The Dazed and Confused duo reunite to find out if football really is selling food
Tune in Sunday, Feb. 8 to see the Seattle Seahawks take on the New England Patriots
Parker Posey has you covered for this year’s Super Bowl thanks to Uber Eats!
PEOPLE can exclusively reveal the White Lotus actress, 57, has teamed up with the food delivery service to bring you the perfect “Double P” approved snacks, no matter how you watch the Big Game.
“Here are my must-haves for Super Bowl Sunday,” she says in the all-new ad, which shows her dressed fabulously chic as she sits on a living room sofa with the camera zoomed in to her upper half.
“Push back,” Posey mouths to the cameraman as she motions for him to give her a bit of space.
As the screen widens, it reveals “the Parker Posey Pack,” an assortment of cheeses and dips spread across her coffee table.
“A meat and cheese board with a fresh baguette and those little gherkin pickles. Pigs in a blanket, but with an assortment of mustard! Mustard, spicy mustard, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, onion dip, artichoke dip, hummus, which is also a dip, and some pinot vino!” the Best in Show actress says as she pulls a bottle of wine from an Uber Eats bag beside her.
“I just don’t think, at this age, that I’m meant to have an uncomfortable Super Bowl,” Posey says as she channels her inner-Victoria Ratliff.
But her cheese board and pinot vino Super Bowl ad isn’t the only one Posey has with Uber Eats!
In another clip, the actress is joined poolside by Matthew McConaughey as the duo discuss whether or not football is a ploy to sell food.
“I mean, it’s all so obvious,” she says while lounging next to the Lost Bus actor, 56. “Pancake blocks, hash marks.”
“Oh, I could eat that every morning and twice on Sunday,” McConaughey admits.
However, his former Dazed and Confused costar doesn’t seem sold.
“The whole sports a diner menu,” she says.

“I know, Double P, but check this out,” McConaughey tells Posey. “Barry Sanders, right? Played for Detroit for 10 years. What color was his jersey?”
Posey replies that the jersey was “blue,” making him a “blueberry,” as McConaughey reaches over and grabs a handful of blueberries positioned on a tray in the middle of them, thus adding to the conspiracy theory of whether football was invented to sell food.
“That was a bit of a reach,” Posey says.
