- Tina Fey confirms there's "no beef" between her and Timothée Chalamet after they sat next to each other at a recent Knicks game.

- The comedian said Chalamet was "super friendly" and she didn't even know he was "manspreading."

- Fey noted that she has a "big ol' can" and was taking up ample seating space, as well.

Tina Fey says there's no beef between her and Timothée Chalamet.

The Oscar-nominated actor faced internet backlash for "manspreading" while sitting courtside next to Fey at a New York Knicks NBA playoff game in April. In photos and videos from the game, Chalamet could be seen sitting between Fey and his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, with his legs spread wide and his shoulders slouched. Both women appeared to be squished, their legs tucked closely together, as they all took in the action.

But despite the rumors, Fey told Jason and Travis Kelce on the *New Heights* podcast on Wednesday that she wasn't fazed by Chalamet's posture in the slightest.

"So many memes," Fey joked to the Kelce brothers.

"I should start by saying that Timothée Chalamet was nothing but lovely," Fey said. "Super friendly. And it wasn't till the next day that I saw all these 'manspreading' things. But I will say, you gotta remember, for every amount that he's sitting like this and manspreading, I'm doing the opposite. My legs... I got a big ol' can."

The Kelces laughed as Fey continued, "And so, in the back, like, listen, as Amy Poehler would say, 'God is fair.' Timothée's legs took the front, my big old can was takin' the back. We had no beef. We had no beef. It was all good. And the Knicks won so everyone was happy."

Although Chalamet never commented on the courtside arrangement, Fey insisted he and Jenner were "friendly and delightful."

"We had a great time," she said on *New Heights*. "[Chalamet] was joking around with Tracy [Morgan]. I go to the Knicks games as a guest of Tracy Morgan. And there were two empty seats, and I was like, 'Tracy, I wonder who's going to sit by us.' And he's like, 'I don't know.' And then I was like, 'Here they come, *stars*!'"

Fey said that Knicks games at Madison Square Garden are always "really fun" and that the "celebrity row is bananas."

"I'm, like, hugging Spike Lee before the game, John Leguizamo's there, Susie Essman's usually there. Tracy knows everyone. I met Patrick Ewing. And it is electric," Fey said. "It's like the whole place is trying to control the game with their energy. And Tracy is so fun to go with because, obviously, he knows the game well, he knows the players well."

The Knicks are heading to the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999 after defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday in a four-game sweep. They will play either the Oklahoma City Thunder or the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals starting June 3.
